Intranet Site
The intranet site helps you increase efficiency in intra-company communication and create a common sharing platform. Intranet solutions are developed with the Kamelon CMS (Content Management System) application and integrated with Kamelon ERP modules (such as Annual Leave Management) via API as required.

Menu Management : It is the module where the menus of the intranet site are managed. New menus can be added, existing menus can be changed or reordered through the CMS.
Slider Module : Homepage Slider Banners are managed module. It is the area where more than one slider is shared with the same content and links. The desired link forwarding can be added from the Slider Management settings.
Notify Banner Management : It is the module where the desired text can be written on the banner by ensuring that the contents that will attract the attention of the Staff on the main page appear on the Top, Bottom, Right or Left side of the page, and the date range to be active is determined.
Calendar Module : Events can be entered according to the Event Groups determined on the calendar.
Media Pages Module : It is the type of page that can be operated within the specified date range, which includes Visual, Title, Summary information and Detail information. For example, news pages, like us pages in the press.
Content Pages Module : It is the page type used for pages with HTML content structure. New content pages can be added via CMS as desired. For example, Service Routes, Emergency Numbers.
Gallery Pages Module : It is used on pages that have a visual structure of the gallery page type, such as Photos, Logos. Gallery pages can be opened and images can be uploaded under the desired group headings.
News Module : It is the module that contains news about the company. KAMELON has the functionality of creating “News Group”. In this way, many different Media Groups can be created and managed according to the needs. How the news will appear, the list and detail page designs will also be designed as agreed during the project analysis. One of the example Media groups could be "Headline News".
Exchange Rates : It is the module that shows the actual buying and selling exchange rates of currencies such as USD / TRY and EUR / TRY via the web services.
Document Management: This is managed through KAMELON Document Management Module. Document folder structure can be created an documents shared as required. All kinds of procedures, instructions, forms, etc. documents can be shared.
Our Achievements: It is the module where company achievements are listed and the contents of these achievements can be read.
Contact Us /Ethic Line: It is the communication form that internal employees request to speak or only submit information on a subject and convey message to the relevant unit managers.
Frequently Asked Questions: Categories can be created for frequently asked questions. The Accordion Page module of the KAMELON CMS solution is used for FAQs.
Search Engine: It will be possible to search between content and personnel profiles on the intranet. On the search results page, the results are categorized as All content, Contacts, Documents, etc. Search Engine provides quick and easy access to old records.
Announcements: It is the module that includes announcements of the company. Announcements can be added under different categories.
Mini Survey module: It is a survey module consisting of 1 question and multiple choice answers. The responses of the users to the questionnaires can be accessed graphically by the users. When there is no active survey, the text "No current surveys" is displayed on the Home page module. Surveys can be created as many as desired via CMS.
Phone Book / Personnel Directory: It is an advanced phone book application that includes the name - surname, picture, position, e-mail, company phone and mobile numbers of the company employees.
Organization Chart: It can be shown as agreed.
Download Module: The download module of CMS can be used when it is requested to list and download documents on a single page. Like forms used in-house.
Multi-Language Support: All Kamelon software includes multi-language support. For example, you can add English, Turkish, Russian, Spanish ..... or any other language on your site.
